1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to gabriellebentley.com (the “Website”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, the “Client”) and Gabrielle Bentley (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as a sole trader in New South Wales, Australia.
By accessing the Website, booking a session, enrolling in a course, joining our community, purchasing any service or product, or otherwise engaging with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Spiritual Services Disclaimer set out below.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or our services.
2. About Us
Business name: Gabrielle Bentley
Business structure: Sole trader
ABN: 29 495 745 654
Registered location: New South Wales, Australia
Contact email: hello@gabriellebentley.com
Website: www.gabriellebentley.com
3. Definitions
In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:
“Services” means all psychic readings, psychic healings, 1:1 sessions, online courses, the Psychic Traineeship, free resources, downloads, community access and any other offering we make available.
“Course” means any online or recorded program we offer, including (but not limited to) the Psychic Reading Course, the Psychic Healing Course, Own Your Energy, and the 9-month Psychic Traineeship.
“Content” means all text, audio, video, recordings, PDFs, slides, workbooks, frameworks, methodologies, templates, scripts, and any other material we provide via the Website, our Courses, our community or our Services.
“Community” means any group, forum, Discord server or membership space we host or operate.
4. Services Offered
We offer the following Services, which may be updated, withdrawn, paused or modified from time to time without notice:
1:1 psychic readings, psychic healing sessions and other private sessions;
Self-paced online courses, including the Psychic Reading Course, Psychic Healing Course and Own Your Energy;
The 9-month Psychic Traineeship, leading to certification through the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) in Psychic Reading, Psychic Healing and Akashic Records;
Free resources, downloads, lead magnets, newsletters and email content;
Discord community access for current students and members;
Live events, workshops, masterclasses and intakes (online or in person).
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or end any Service at our discretion where we reasonably believe a Client has breached these Terms, behaved inappropriately, or where continuing the Service is not in the Client’s or our best interests.
4.1 Psychic Traineeship — graduates and certification
The Psychic Traineeship is delivered by Gabrielle Bentley as an IICT Accredited Training Provider. On successful completion of the relevant modules and assessments, students receive certification recognised by IICT for the purposes of applying for IICT membership and insurance.
Certification through the Traineeship does NOT automatically provide insurance, IICT membership, or the right to practise commercially. To practise the modalities you are certified in, you (the student / graduate) are solely responsible for:
Applying for and maintaining your own IICT membership (or equivalent professional membership);
Arranging and maintaining your own professional indemnity and public liability insurance;
Complying with the laws, registrations and tax obligations of the country and state in which you practise;
Complying with the IICT Code of Ethics and any other professional standards relevant to your modality;
Confirming insurance and practising eligibility for your country before accepting paying clients.
Gabrielle Bentley accepts no liability for any loss, claim or damage arising from a graduate practising without their own valid insurance, membership or legal right to practise.
4.2 Psychic Traineeship — Pause, Repeat & Re-sit Policy
The Psychic Practitioner Traineeship is a 12-week commitment per certification block. Life happens, and this policy exists to make completing, repeating or pausing feel fair — for students, and for us.
There are three pathways if a student does not complete a certification block:
Pathway 1 — Pause
A student may pause their enrolment for one 12-week semester if they are unable to continue due to:
Illness or a medical condition affecting the student themselves;
A serious health circumstance affecting an immediate family member;
Bereavement (the death of an immediate family member or close person).
Pausing means:
The student's enrolment is held;
They re-join at the beginning of the same certification block in the next available intake;
No refund is issued — the paid enrolment carries forward to the next intake;
Pausing does not count as a repeat.
To pause, the student must notify Gabrielle by email at hello@gabriellebentley.com BEFORE the call they are about to miss, with the subject line: “Pause request — [their name]”. A brief explanation is sufficient. Only one pause is permitted per certification block. If circumstances are ongoing beyond 12 weeks, the student must contact Gabrielle directly to discuss.
Pathway 2 — Free Repeat
A student may repeat a certification block at no additional cost if they meet BOTH of the following:
They attended at least 75% of the live calls in that block (minimum 4 out of 6 calls); AND
They made a genuine attempt at their assignment — meaning they completed a practice session, submitted their reflection, and submitted client feedback at least 2 times.
Where both conditions are met, the student qualifies for one free repeat of the same certification block in the next available intake. Only one free repeat is permitted per certification block. The free repeat is a support mechanism, not an ongoing enrolment option.
Pathway 3 — Re-sit
A student is required to re-enrol and pay to re-sit a certification block where they:
Attended fewer than 75% of the live calls; AND
Did not attempt their assignment; AND
Did not request a pause or otherwise reach out for support during the block.
Re-sit enrolment is at the standard certification block price applicable at the time of re-enrolment.
What this policy is NOT
This policy is not a way to avoid completing the work. The free repeat exists to support students who showed up and engaged genuinely but needed more time. Attendance without any assignment attempt, or assignment attempt without attendance, each qualify independently — but neither condition is met by simply enrolling and disappearing.
5. Professional Standing, Scope of Practice & Insurance
5.1 Membership and accreditation
Gabrielle Bentley is a Premier Member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) (member number AU9170174798) and a registered IICT Accredited Training Provider (ATP). All Services are delivered in accordance with the IICT Code of Ethics and the conditions of our IICT membership and ATP registration.
5.2 Insurance
We hold Combined Professional Indemnity and Public & Products Liability insurance arranged through BMS Risk Solutions Pty Ltd (AFSL 461594, ABN 45 161 187 980) on behalf of Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s, under the IICT Master Policy (Policy Number OB22A970A/IICTAUS). A Certificate of Currency is available on request.
5.3 Scope of practice
We will only provide Services that fall within the modalities approved for us by IICT and covered under our insurance. Our current IICT-approved modalities include (but are subject to update from time to time):
Psychic Intuitive Readings
Psychic Healing
Akashic Records
We will not provide any Service outside our IICT-approved scope of practice. If you request a service we are not approved or insured to deliver, we will decline and may refer you to another practitioner.
5.4 Clients located in the United States — Insurance disclosure
Our professional indemnity and public liability insurance is arranged on a worldwide basis except for the United States of America and its protectorates (which includes the 50 US states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands).
We welcome clients from all around the world. However, if you are physically located in, or ordinarily resident in, the United States or its protectorates at the time you book or receive a Service from us, you acknowledge and agree that:
Our professional indemnity and public liability insurance does NOT extend cover to Services provided to you;
You proceed with the booking at your own risk, fully understanding and accepting that no insurance cover applies;
You will not bring any claim against us in any United States court, and any dispute between us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, as set out in Section 20 below;
You release us from any claim, loss, damage, liability or cost arising from your use of our Services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
By proceeding with a booking, purchase or enrolment, you confirm that you have read this disclosure and accept it.
5.5 Your consent and session boundaries
By booking a 1:1 session, you confirm that you have chosen to receive this work and are entering the session freely. You can pause, redirect or end the session at any time, for any reason.
We reserve the right not to begin or to end a session early if, in our reasonable judgment, you are not in a fit state to receive the work — for example, if you appear to be heavily intoxicated, in acute crisis, or unable to engage. In those cases, we will reschedule where possible or refer you to appropriate support.
5.6 Confidentiality
Anything you share with us during a 1:1 session, intake form, or private correspondence is kept confidential, except where: (a) you give us permission to share it; (b) we are required by law or court order to disclose it; (c) we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or another person; or (d) the information has been de-identified for use in training, supervision, marketing or testimonials.
5.7 Recording of online video calls
Some online video calls — including 1:1 sessions, Traineeship calls, group calls, masterclasses and events — may be recorded. We will let you know at the start of the call if it is being recorded.
All recordings are owned by Gabrielle Bentley. By participating in a recorded call, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, repurpose and share the recording for any purpose, including (but not limited to) supervision, training, replays for other students, teaching, marketing, promotion, course content and behind-the-scenes content.
Your personal information remains confidential and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Section 14 below). Where a recording is used publicly (for example, in marketing or as a public replay), we will follow the same de-identification approach set out in Section 14.7 — removing your full name, photo, contact details and any other directly identifying information, unless you have given us specific permission to use them.
If you do not want to be on a recorded call, please let us know before the call starts. We will either turn off the recording (where possible) or arrange a private, unrecorded session as an alternative.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to book a session, enrol in a Course, join our Community, or otherwise purchase Services from us. By engaging with us, you warrant that you are 18 years or older and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
7. Bookings, Payments & Pricing
7.1 How to book or purchase
Sessions, Courses and other Services can be booked or purchased through the Website (powered by Systeme.io) or via any other booking link we provide. Your booking or purchase is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email and your payment has cleared.
7.2 Prices
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your booking or purchase is the price displayed at the time you complete payment.
7.3 Payment options at checkout
When you enrol in the Psychic Traineeship or one of our paid courses (including Own Your Energy, the Psychic Reading Course and the Psychic Healing Course) via our Systeme.io checkout, you will be asked to select your preferred payment option by ticking the relevant box. The available options typically include:
Pay in full at checkout;
A payment plan (instalments) — see Section 7.4;
A non-refundable deposit to secure your spot — see Section 7.5.
By ticking your chosen option, you confirm you have read and accept the terms that apply to that option, including these Terms. Payments are processed via our third-party payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal or Systeme.io). We do not store your full payment card details.
7.4 Payment plans
If you select a payment plan at checkout, you agree to pay each instalment by its due date. If a payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend access to the Service until the payment is brought up to date and may charge reasonable administrative or recovery costs.
Payment plans are a payment convenience only — they do not change the total amount owed. You remain liable to pay the full course or Traineeship fee even if you withdraw, stop attending or cancel access. Outstanding amounts may be referred to a debt collection agency at our discretion.
7.5 Non-refundable deposits
Where you choose the non-refundable deposit option at checkout, the following applies:
Your deposit secures your spot in the Traineeship intake or course;
The deposit is non-refundable from the moment it is paid. By selecting this option, you accept that you cannot recover the deposit if you change your mind, withdraw, or fail to complete your payment;
Before the Traineeship intake or course start date, you must EITHER pay the remaining balance in full OR have an approved payment plan in place;
If you do not pay the balance or set up a payment plan by the start date, your spot may be forfeited and your deposit is not refunded;
The deposit is credited against your total course or Traineeship fee.
This deposit policy applies to the Psychic Traineeship and our paid courses (including Own Your Energy, the Psychic Reading Course and the Psychic Healing Course).
8. Refund Policy
8.1 No-refund policy
Due to the nature of our Services — which include digital content, intuitive sessions and time-based intake spaces — all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.
This applies to:
1:1 sessions and readings, including no-shows and late cancellations;
All online Courses, whether or not you access the content;
The Psychic Traineeship, including all intake fees and payment plan instalments;
Live events, workshops and masterclasses;
Memberships, community access and any other prepaid Service;
Non-refundable deposits paid under Section 7.5 — these are non-refundable in all circumstances, including if you decide not to continue with the course or Traineeship.
8.2 Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) or any other law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if a Service is not provided with due care and skill, is not fit for its intended purpose, or fails to meet other consumer guarantees.
Where we have failed to meet a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded, we will work with you in good faith to provide a remedy, which may include a refund, replacement Service, or other appropriate resolution.
8.3 Rescheduling 1:1 sessions
1:1 sessions may be rescheduled once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed entirely (no-shows), will be forfeited.
9. Spiritual Services Disclaimer
Our Services are spiritual and intuitive in nature and are provided for entertainment purposes only. By engaging with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Our readings, healings, courses and teachings are provided for entertainment purposes only, as well as for personal, spiritual, educational and self-development purposes.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, prediction, healing result, financial gain, romantic outcome, life change, or transformation.
Information shared in a reading or healing is intuitive guidance and should not be treated as fact, instruction or a directive. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make about your own life.
Our Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax or any other professional advice. If you need professional advice or treatment, you should consult a qualified professional.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, are at risk of harming yourself or others, or are in a medical emergency, you should contact your local emergency services, a mental health helpline, or a registered health practitioner.
10. Health, Medical, Legal & Financial Advice
We are not a registered medical practitioner, psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor, lawyer, financial adviser, or licensed health professional. Nothing on the Website or in our Services constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice.
You agree that you will not rely on anything we say or share as the basis for medical decisions, mental health treatment, legal action, financial decisions, or any other significant life decision without first seeking advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Our content
All Content created or supplied by us — including but not limited to course materials, recordings, slides, frameworks, methodologies (such as WITCH, WWW and the Re-Conscious Pattern Bank), workbooks, scripts, branding, written copy, audio, video, graphics and the structure of our courses — is owned by Gabrielle Bentley or licensed to us, and is protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
11.2 Your licence
When you purchase or are granted access to a Course or Service, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content for your own personal, non-commercial spiritual and educational use only.
11.3 What you must NOT do
You must not, without our prior written consent:
Copy, reproduce, download, screenshot for distribution, screen-record, transcribe or republish our Content;
Share your login details, course access or member portal with any other person;
Resell, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit our Content in any way;
Use our Content to train any AI model, machine learning system, or large language model;
Use our frameworks, methodologies or teachings to deliver paid services, courses or coaching that compete with ours, without an explicit licensing agreement with us.
Breach of this clause is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access, legal action and a claim for damages.
12. Your Account & General Conduct
When using the Website, our member areas, our Community or our Services, you agree that you will:
Provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself;
Keep your login details, passwords and account access confidential and secure;
Use the Services lawfully and respectfully;
Not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity;
Not interfere with, attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Website, our systems or our Services;
Not upload or share viruses, malicious code, or any content that infringes any third party’s rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
13. Community Code of Conduct (Discord & Member Spaces)
Our Discord server and any other Community spaces we host are sacred, intentional places for students, members and clients to learn, grow and support each other. To keep these spaces safe and aligned, you agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct:
13.1 You agree to:
Treat every member with respect, kindness and integrity, regardless of background, identity, beliefs, body, ability or experience level;
Hold confidentiality — what is shared in the Community stays in the Community;
Take ownership of your own emotional and energetic state, and seek professional support outside the Community if you are in crisis;
Engage in good faith — ask questions, share, contribute and receive without ego or judgment;
Follow the directions of Gabrielle and any moderators.
13.2 You agree NOT to:
Bully, harass, intimidate, shame, doxx, stalk, sexually harass or discriminate against any other member;
Use the Community to promote your own paid services, courses, products or businesses without our prior written consent;
Spam, mass-DM members, scrape contact details, or use the member list for marketing or recruitment;
Share, screenshot or repost private conversations, member posts, recordings or Content outside the Community;
Share another member’s personal information, story or struggle outside the Community;
Give unsolicited diagnoses, medical advice, psychological treatment, legal advice or financial advice to other members;
Engage in spiritual bypassing, manipulation, predatory “healing,” coercion, or any behaviour that crosses ethical lines.
13.3 Consequences
Breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in:
A private warning;
Temporary suspension from the Community;
Permanent removal from the Community, Course, Traineeship and/or Services, with no refund;
In serious cases, referral to relevant authorities.
Decisions about Code of Conduct breaches are made at our sole discretion and are final.
14. Privacy Policy

When we do this, we will:
Remove your full name, profile photo, handle, email address, phone number and any other directly identifying details before sharing;
Remove or anonymise any sensitive personal information (such as health or family details) that could identify you;
Use only the substance of the conversation — for example, the question you asked or the breakthrough you shared — to illustrate the kind of work we do and the transformations possible.
By engaging with us — including booking a Service, joining the Community, sending us a DM or message, or sharing feedback or a testimonial — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use the de-identified content as described above for marketing and promotional purposes, including after our working relationship ends.
If you do NOT want any of your conversations, messages or testimonials used in marketing — even in de-identified form — please email us at hello@gabriellebentley.com and we will respect your request. 16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (which cannot be excluded), we exclude all liability — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute or otherwise — for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Website, the Services or these Terms.
Where our liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited, at our option, to: (a) resupplying the Service; or (b) refunding the amount you paid for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gabrielle Bentley from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Website, Services or Content; (c) your breach of any law or third-party rights; or (d) any actions you take or refrain from taking based on information received through our Services.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, Services, Courses or Community at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or the Community Code of Conduct, or if continuing to provide Services to you is not in our or the wider Community’s best interests.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund. Clauses that by their nature are intended to survive termination (including IP, indemnity, limitation of liability and Privacy) will continue to apply.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on the Website. Material changes will take effect when published. Your continued use of the Website or Services after a change is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
