You can know your worth on the surface and still feel burnt out, unseen, or stuck underneath. That’s because this isn’t a mindset issue it’s energetic. This is where psychic healing becomes the level up.

Instead of just moving energy, this work helps you see what has been stored in your field and clear it from the root. You simply arrive, your energy is read, and what is ready to shift is gently recalibrated. People often leave feeling lighter, clearer, more connected to themselves, and no longer carrying the same invisible weight they walked in with.

About the Practitioner

This session is held by Shanaye, a certified graduate of the Psychic Practitioner Training. Shanaye is the founder of Sk Bodyworks, a Healer, Psychic & Mindset Coach who supports women to ascend in mind, body & soul to step into their happiest, healthiest & highest self.

Healing the worth wound has been deeply personal for her, shaped by years of unraveling her own layers of unworthiness & witnessing how the worth wound quietly drives so many patterns in women’s lives.

Through both her work with many clients over the years & her own lived experience, Shanaye has seen how disconnection from self-worth often shows up as burn out, over-doing, people-pleasing, survival mode, difficulty receiving, measuring worth through external achievement, productivity, money or validation. When the nervous system does not feel safe to rest or receive, the body stays stuck in proving mode, believing it must do more or be more in order to be worthy.

The worth wound weaves itself through all aspects of life, from relationship to self, money, relationships, visibility, boundaries, self-trust & even the capacity to hold ease, success & support. Shanaye’s approach gently meets these patterns at their root, working with the body, unconscious mind & energetic field to release what no longer serves & restore a felt sense of enough-ness & worthiness.

This group healing is an invitation to soften out of survival, clear stagnant energetic patterns & reconnect with the truth that worth is not earned, proven or performed, it is innate, embodied & already within.

What to Expect in the Session

You’ll join the session live on Zoom at the scheduled time. We’ll begin with a short grounding so everyone can settle and arrive fully in the space.

From there, Shanaye will work with the collective energetic theme that rises in the group, supporting the release and recalibration of what is ready to shift, both for the group and within each individual.

You don’t need to share or do anything. You simply listen, receive, and allow the experience to meet you. Throughout the session, Shanaye may speak into what she’s perceiving in the field, offering intuitive messages and guidance as they arise.

The session runs for one hour.
