Traineeship Accelerator — Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 7th July 2026
Please read this agreement carefully. It sets out the legally binding terms and conditions governing your purchase. By proceeding with your purchase and accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms outlined below.
Parties to the Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between:
Gabrielle Bentley ("Coach", "We", "Us")
and
The Client ("Client", "You"), being the individual completing the purchase and agreeing to these terms.
1. What You Receive: Traineeship Accelerator
By enrolling in the Traineeship Accelerator, you receive:
2 × one-on-one psychic coaching calls per month (6 calls total over 3 months)
Scheduled exclusively on Wednesdays, Australian Eastern Standard Time
Direct access to Gabrielle Bentley as your dedicated coach for the full 3-month program
2. Scheduling & Container Integrity
Wednesday is Sacred
All Traineeship Accelerator coaching calls are scheduled on Wednesdays only. This is a fixed container. Wednesday is the day Gabrielle holds space for 1:1 coaching work, and this consistency is foundational to your progress.
No alternative days are available for substitution or rescheduling.
How Calls are Scheduled
Call times will be confirmed at the time of enrollment. Once scheduled, dates are locked unless Gabrielle needs to reschedule due to illness or emergency. Or if a program is running such as the Membership or The Psychic healing method.
If you need to reschedule a call, you must provide at least 2 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to Gabrielle's availability and may not fall on a non-Wednesday date.
If You Miss a Call
If you miss a scheduled call (no-show or late cancellation less than 2 hours notice), the call is forfeited. No refund is issued. The call does not roll over into the following month.
3. Payment Terms
Total Investment
$1,200 AUD per month for the full 3-month Traineeship Accelerator program (6 calls total).
Payment Options
You may select one of the following at checkout:
Option A: Pay in Full
Option B: Payment Plan
Month 1: $1200 AUD due at enrollment.
Month 2: $1200 AUD due 30 days after enrollment.
Month 3: $1200 AUD due 60 days after enrollment.
If you select a payment plan, you agree to all terms in Section 3.2 below.
Payment Plan Terms (Section 3.2)
If you select the payment plan option, you agree that:
All three payments remain due even if you withdraw, stop attending, or cancel access at any point.
If a payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend your access to the program until the payment is brought up to date.
Any changes to payment dates or amounts will incur a $20 AUD administration fee.
If a payment is late by more than 7 days, a $20 AUD weekly administrative fee applies to cover processing and recovery costs.
If any payment remains outstanding for 14 days or more, we may refer the balance to a debt collection agency and pursue legal recovery. You agree to be responsible for any collection fees, administrative costs, and legal expenses where permitted by law.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once collected. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.
This applies regardless of:
Whether you attend all scheduled calls.
Whether you decide to withdraw from the program.
Whether you change your circumstances or priorities.
Whether the coaching leads to a particular outcome.
4. Your Responsibility as a Client
By enrolling, you agree to:
Show up fully to each coaching call. Bring presence, honesty, and willingness to do the work.
Provide 2 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Late notice or no-shows are forfeited.
Maintain open and honest communication about your psychic experiences and any barriers that arise.
Take ownership of your own emotional and energetic state.
Understand that this is not therapy. If you are in crisis, please seek professional mental health support.
5. Energy Awareness & Intuitive Perception
By working with Gabrielle, you acknowledge that she is a trained and practicing psychic. Throughout this container, Gabrielle may intuitively read your energy field.
This includes sensing emotional states, energetic patterns, nervous system regulation, subconscious beliefs, and spiritual alignment.
By enrolling, you provide informed consent for Gabrielle to engage with your energy in this way during sessions.
6. Purpose of This Container
The Traineeship Accelerator is a non-therapeutic, non-medical, spiritual mentorship container based on lived experience, energetic practices, and sovereignty-based teachings.
You understand that:
Results depend on your level of commitment and engagement.
Gabrielle is a guide and facilitator, not a licensed health professional.
This work is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
You remain fully responsible for decisions you make about your own life.
7. Confidentiality
Anything you share with Gabrielle during a coaching call or private email is kept confidential, except where:
You give explicit permission to share it.
We are required by law or court order to disclose it.
We reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or another person.
Gabrielle may use de-identified excerpts or themes from your work for training, supervision, or case examples, always with your privacy protected and your dignity intact.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, methodologies, and teachings shared by Gabrielle during your Traineeship Accelerator coaching (including written notes, PDFs, scripts, or frameworks) are the intellectual property of Gabrielle Bentley.
You may not reproduce, share, screenshot for distribution, transcribe, or redistribute these materials without explicit written permission. They are for your personal use only.
9. Acknowledgement & Agreement
By enrolling in the Traineeship Accelerator, you confirm that you:
Have read and understood all terms outlined above.
Acknowledge the financial obligation of $3,600 AUD (or the payment plan equivalent).
Accept that Wednesday scheduling is fixed and non-negotiable.
Agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
Accept full personal responsibility for your participation and progress.
10. Termination & Early Exit
If you choose to discontinue the Traineeship Accelerator at any time, you understand that:
All remaining payments under this Agreement remain due and payable.
No refund or credit is issued.
Your access to coaching calls ends immediately.
Gabrielle may also terminate your enrollment if she reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, behaved inappropriately, or if continuing the Service is not in your best interests.
11. Electronic Agreement & Payment Authorization
By completing this purchase via our checkout system, you agree that:
Your acceptance of this Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract.
You authorize Gabrielle Bentley to charge the payment method provided for all scheduled payments under your selected plan.
This authorization remains in effect until all payments are complete.
You agree to maintain valid payment details and update any failed payment method within 24 hours.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
