You were trained in Reiki, and regardless of whether you have been practising consistently or have not practised for years now, there was something about that day that made you different.

Here is what no one taught you. The attunement was not done to your hands but to your channel. This is the channel that runs through you, from the centre of your body, through all of your chakras, and into your aura. It is the part of you which receives things. Energy flows down this line, information flows down this line, and even your guidance, your guides and your ancestors. Anything and everything that has come to you has come down this line.

That is what an attunement does.

And once a line like that is open, it does not only open while you are working. It comes in the shower, driving, in the two minutes before you fall asleep, halfway through a conversation with someone who has no idea. It comes when you are not asking, which is usually the moment you dismiss it fastest.

You were programmed to project yourself outwards along that line. No one ever taught you how to hear along it.

And this is probably why you kept coming back for more level one, two, master, or started to feel like your psychic, because you were searching for a new level, a new tuning, a new modality. You thought you were just taking classes, but in reality, you had an open channel looking for its proper training.

And there is a reason why no one ever told you that, and that reason is deeper than anyone's teacher. The practice of Reiki entered the world in 1922 into a much denser collective consciousness than we have now, and the density was created by the disconnected nature of human beings. The woman who received the healing in 1922 spent her whole life in one place with no way to connect with someone who had been healed the same way; there was no one around to let her know that she was not insane. And this is precisely what Reiki was meant to pierce through.

You can find a hundred people who receive the way you do in a single scroll. We feel each other's grief across the planet. Our bodies are cleaner, we live longer, we have room to actually feel things. The collective field lifted because we finally connected to each other, and it is still lifting, so every attunement now lands on a far more sensitive human than the one that teaching was ever designed for.

That is all that has happened to you since your channel opened beyond what the training has words for.

You're not making it up; you're not over-the-top. You're early. you get downloads because reiki opened your channel.

But every year that passes without that language being there is another year of denying your downloads.. another year of having those right words hit at just the moment you need them but saying it was luck, another year of knowing coming first without thought and letting it pass because you haven't got anywhere to hold it. And you've been doing it longer than you want to admit (I did for years until someone finally said what it was).

This isn't about fixing anyone; neither is this a workshop where we beat on Reiki. Reiki is an incredible channeled teaching, and I hold it in high regard. It just did things you were never told it would do, and for all those years, the proof was inside you without a label on it.
