PSYCHIC TRAINEESHIP AGREEMENT

Parties to the Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between:

Gabrielle Bentley (“Coach”, “We”, “Us”)

and

The Client (“Client”, “You”), being the individual completing the purchase and agreeing to these terms.

What You Receive: Psychic Traineeship

You will receive:

• 2× Live Group Immersions per month

• 1× Live Psychic Coaching & Q&A call per month

• 1× Live practice call per month

Access to Practitioner Trainings within the Traineeship

These core trainings form the educational and energetic framework of the Traineeship:

• Akashic Records Certification

Learn how to safely access and work with the Akashic Field

• Psychic Reading Certification

Develop the skills, structure, and clarity to offer high-integrity psychic readings

• Psychic Healing Certification

Anchor the skills required to become a grounded, intuitive, and energetic healer

Bonus Training:

• Own Your Energy (self-paced, non-certified)

Certification Note:

All certifications are backed through the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT); however, recognition and eligibility may vary depending on the Client’s country of residence and local regulations. It is the Client’s responsibility to confirm whether IICT certification is recognised or applicable within their jurisdiction.

Acknowledgement of Key Terms

By agreeing to these terms, the Client acknowledges and accepts that:

• Certification will not be issued until full payment has been successfully completed

• Any changes to a payment plan (including schedule or amount) will incur a $20 AUD administration fee

• The Client is responsible for maintaining valid payment details at all times

1. ENERGY AWARENESS + INTUITIVE PERCEPTION

By working with Gabrielle, you acknowledge that she is a trained and practicing psychic. Throughout this container, including group calls and asynchronous communication, Gabrielle may intuitively read your energy field.

This includes sensing emotional states, energetic patterns, nervous system regulation, subconscious beliefs, and spiritual alignment.

By participating, you provide informed consent for Gabrielle to engage with your energy in this way during live sessions or direct communication.

2. PURPOSE OF THIS CONTAINER

The Psychic Traineeship is a non-therapeutic, non-medical, spiritual mentorship container based on lived experience, energetic practices, and sovereignty-based teachings.

The Client understands that results depend on their level of commitment and engagement. Gabrielle is a guide and facilitator, not a licensed health professional.

3. SCOPE OF WORK

The Client will receive:

Live Group Immersions

• 2 live group immersions per month (via Zoom)

• Calls include teaching, energetic practice, Q&A, and practitioner-level application

• Replays will be made available

Psychic Coaching & Q&A call

• 1 Live Psychic Coaching & Q&A call per month

• Calls include direct coaching from Gabs, ask questions about techniques or teachings.

• Replays will be made available

Practice call

• 1 Live Practice call per month

• Calls include an opportunity to complete real life readings/healings on those also in the container

4. PAYMENT TERMS

The Client agrees to pay the full program fee as selected at the time of enrolment (“Total Amount Owed”), and acknowledges that this is a legally binding financial obligation.

• Payments are non-refundable once collected

• Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment plan selected at enrolment

• Certification will not be issued until the Total Amount Owed is paid in full

Electronic Agreement & Acceptance

The Client acknowledges that by completing the purchase via the Systeme.io checkout page, they are entering into this Agreement electronically.

The Client agrees that:

• Electronic acceptance of this Agreement, including ticking a checkbox and completing payment, constitutes a legally binding agreement

• This agreement is enforceable to the same extent as a signed written contract under applicable electronic transactions laws

Payment Authority

The Client authorises Gabrielle Bentley to charge the payment method provided at enrolment for all scheduled payments under the selected payment plan.

This authorisation remains in effect until the Total Amount Owed is paid in full.

The Client agrees to maintain valid payment details and to update any failed payment method within 24 hours.

Late Payments

If a payment fails or is not received:

• The Client must resolve the payment within 24 hours

• Late payments may incur a $20 AUD weekly administrative fee to cover processing and recovery costs

Default & Debt Collection

If any payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days, the Client is considered in default of this Agreement.

If the balance remains unpaid for 30 days or more, Gabrielle Bentley reserves the right to:

• Refer the outstanding balance to a debt collection agency

• Pursue legal recovery of the debt

The Client agrees to be responsible for any additional costs incurred in the recovery of the debt, including collection fees, administrative costs, and legal expenses where permitted by law.

Early Exit Clause

The Client may choose to discontinue participation at any time. This does not cancel or reduce the Total Amount Owed.

All remaining payments under this Agreement remain due and payable regardless of participation, access, or completion.

Changes to Payment Plan

Any requested changes to a payment plan (including dates or amounts) will incur a $20 AUD administration fee.

5. SCHEDULING & COMMUNICATION

• All live calls are scheduled in advance via Zoom

• The Client is responsible for attending or accessing replays

• 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling 1:1 sessions

• A dedicated Slack channel will be provided for communication

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY

The Client understands and agrees:

• This work is not therapy or medical advice

• The Client is fully responsible for their wellbeing and personal development

• Emotional and energetic responses may arise, and the Client agrees to engage with personal responsibility

7. CONFIDENTIALITY, COPYRIGHT & ETHICAL BOUNDARIES

All materials are the intellectual property of Gabrielle Bentley and may not be shared or distributed without written permission.

Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or misconduct may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT

By entering into this Agreement, the Client confirms that they:

• Have read and understood all terms

• Acknowledge the financial obligation outlined

• Agree to be legally bound by this Agreement

• Accept full personal responsibility for their participation

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the Client and Gabrielle Bentley.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
